Exchange Policy

At Marrero Jewelers Inc, we carefully process each order based on the information provided and confirmed by the customer at checkout, including product type, specifications, quantity, and contact details.

For this reason, we do not support exchanges once an order has been placed, especially in cases where incorrect selections were made by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect item selected
  • Incorrect specifications or size
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Incorrect shipping or contact information

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Fee

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted and we will no longer be able to issue a refund or accept a return.
